So I'm currently doing FBFit and would like to substitute a workout that targets the same area for the scheduled workout. Is that ok? Or will it hinder my progress? The difficulty is different, the one I want to substitute is harder, will it be fine? Or will it cause a mess? Has anyone tried it before?
