What's up everyone? I know the sky is one of those up there things, and this picture here is actually the view from my workout yesterday morning. Somewhere between bridge variations, I noticed the brilliant blue sky, sunlit green trees, and there's even a moon up there too view to help put together a happy place.
So I hope your Tuesday is in a happy place. We can be literal or figurative with that as we dive into the workouts of food and fitness. What's on the menu? My FB Sweat friends are possibly group ordering some upper body strength with a side order of optional cardio. Can't wait to pick up the check later! The workout complete check 😉 ..If you are doing Sweat or something else, feel free to say hi and use this check-in as whatever you need it to be. We are all on different paths, but still have that one common denominator to be healthier and stronger versions of ourselves.
Which brings me to the other half of healthy living. The food! What real food are you eating today? I think I will be having fajitas. I got lots of green pepper and onions, so sounds like a yummy idea to me! But feel free to share your delicious dinner creations.
Alright. Tuesday needs my attention, as I'm sure it needs yours, so I better get to the busy day. I hope (I know I say this I lot, but it's a good, strong word) you guys have a good day.
..Or we could do reverse psychology and say, "Have a rotten day, guys!" Yeah. Let's see how far we get with that!
And don't forget to look up every now and then. Unless you are crossing the street or something. Positive phrases don't always translate to work in literal ways.
