I've been working out with you guys for over three years now, but my record of working out consistingly had always been a month. I decided enough was enough and gave myself the task of committing to myself one hour a day, at least until the end of quarantaine. Two months in I could already see changes and was very proud of myself that I broke my old record! However, I started sliding back into old habits and before I knew it a week had passed without working out or eating good foods. It started to feel a little hopeless again, like I was back at square one.
Tonight I could not help but drag myself to work out again. Afterwards, I looked at myself in the mirror and realised it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. My muscles were still there, my (baby) abs were still showing! Guys, just because you don't feel like you've made any progress doesn't mean that it's true. Ya gotta keep on keeping on sometimes, and you will feel better again!❤️❤️
I hit a wall - but I started over
