HKS (Healthy, Kind, Support) Accountability Group June 11

Hi Guys!

It is a holiday here so I have time to get the thread started.

Here is a thought for the day, for me it is a good reminder of the progress I have made and that there is more to come if I keep going.

"You didn't come this far to only come this far"

I let myself sleep in as best as I could then enjoyed some coffee time on the couch. Got in my workout with K. It was a body weight only upper body which was perfect. I had some tension in my arms yesterday so it was great to work them without dumbbells. And the video was a favourite. I really pushed and feel great about it. I also did a 5 minute meditation which went by so fast. I need to remember this when I think 5 minutes is so long.

I also already cleaned the fitness room, showered, cleaned the upstairs bathroom and now I will head for a little walk. I think the rest of the day will be wonderful especially since I am not on kitchen duty today!
