I completed my workout for today. It was a Lower Body workout with Kellie and I had two different workouts to choose from. I had to choose between doing the workout with weights or the workout with no weights and just body-weight. So I did the one that was just body-weight and it seemed like it was going to be pretty easy for the lower body, but it wasn't easy at all it was hard. Because my legs were burning during the whole workout and I had to do 6 or 8 different exercises 2 times all the way through. By the time I was all done with the workout my legs were so tired that, I thought my legs were going to give out on me if I was on them any longer. So after that workout I was outside all day working in the backyard pulling up weeds and dumping buckets and carrying lemon trees, and I also picked up a really heavy bag from the lower driveway and carried it all the way to the backyard. I also cleaned the Alpaca pen and played the piano and after all that working out this morning I burned about 623 or 632 calories this morning. This afternoon I wasn't as busy because I just went outside and played down on the lower property, and then I was working with the animals and taking care of them for the night and that's about it.
