MAY IS OFICIALLY COMPLETED!

Hi all,

This is how May looked for me, workout wise. I started doing exercise a year ago, but I was very inconsistent. I had the mentality of "I have no time for exercise," given my intense workload as a graduate student. This time I decided to be consistent and do a routine that worked for me, that being exercising 4 times a week. I am incredibly proud of myself!!

June, I'm coming for you!
