I know the paid programs are the same "free" videos however, K & D have carefully planned them out for the number of weeks of the program so, I can totally see the value in that.
My question is, do they ever piece together several shorter videos to make a longer workout?
I have been creating my own workouts and have tended to stick with the videos that are full length rather than a few shorter ones together, it would be nice if they piece together some shorter ones to make a longer one as that will get me trying some new ones I wouldn't likely have picked myself.
Also, I currently workout 5 days a week, skipping a day mid week and one on the weekend. Can you do that with these programs too or do you have to stick with the video on the specific day it's given?
