Loving the site so far! Unfortunately last week I sprained a ligament whilst on a run, which is super annoying, as for the first time in my life I was enjoying running and had noticed improvements in my stamina. Anyone have any recommendations for workouts to maintain stamina / build strength, without high impact on my ankle?
