Which program is best for posture?

I've always had a problem with posture. It's so bad that my back hurts if I try and sit up straight. As a student I also spend many many hours at my desk.

FB has helped me a lot so far to be more aware of my body. Now I want to focus more on having a better posture.

I was wondering if Flex would be a good choice for a workout program. Does anyone have experience with Flex helping them to improve their posture?

Or maybe Abs would be a better choice?
