Workuts While Injured

Hey all! Just found out from my doctor that I have a slight rib fracture, yay! I have to take it easy for a month, but I do not want to spend that entire time doing nothing. Does anyone have experience working out using FB with this kind of injury? I suspect I will have to just stick with lower body workouts, but if anyone has any good video recommendations that would be greatly appreciated!
