Wow i didnt realise how much change there was until i looked at a picture from march and taking a picture today to see any change..i forgot to post a before and after because i complete the FB fit 8 week programme haha ive been so busy with work and being ill i forgot 😂 very happy with myself! I weigh the same from march too so guys please please dont get to worried about what the scale says because its just a number! If you feel good in yourslef thats all that matters 😃 i hope youre all keeping safe 💕
