Which one next?

I started working consistently with FB at the beginning of January 2020. I worked out on and off (mostly off) from 2018, when I purchased my first program, which I dropped after 2 videos because it was too difficult for me. This year I started with Low impact round 1, which I did 2 times, then moved to round 2. I am about to complete for the second time round 2 in a week. My question is: what to do next? I feel like I built a good base, I enjoy working out now. I haven't lost weight, because I don't really watch my diet (I eat healthy food with a daily treat, but I don't really feel guilty about it. I love cooking and experimenting so I don't blame myself).

I have already purchased FB30 round 3 and Bodyweight round 2. Which of these do you suggest?

I enjoy lifting weights, I went from couch potato (not able to do 20 squats in a row and bicep curls with 2lbs where a hassle after 15 reps) and now I am at 75 squats and bicep curls with 9 lbs!

If I end up doing bodyweight will I lose the little bit of definition that started to come up because I am not lifting?

note that I hate HIIT, because I like having quality over quantity of my reps. I love strenght training and pilates.
