I love fb programs and I also love running now when it is finally warmer here in Finland where I live. Currently I'm on 3rd week on Sweat program. But I modify the program so that I will do only 4 workouts and instead add 2 x running on my schedule. I'm only working on my running and have run max. 6,5 km so far. This week maybe 8,5 km the longer run.
Are there anyone else here who is running or doing some other sports? What is your favorite program to combine with your training?
