Hey FB! I started working out with Fitness Blender last year I think but I had a bit of a break Jan and Feb.. partly because of issues in an old job which triggered anxiety but mostly because if I missed too many days of a programme I would just feel bad and give up
I started back with low impact 2 (completed it -yay 🤗) and am now on Blend. I missed a few days last week and today was a hard day with work (started a new job just before COVID, am now a newbie working from home lol) and had a splitting headache by the end of it. I had no motivation but i had some water, switched the workout on and told myself I would listen to my body and if I felt It was too much I’d stop.. long story short I pushed through, listened to my body and didn’t give up a whole programme just because I missed a few days. And I managed a full plank for 50 secs without my arms giving out. I felt so strong whilst doing it which has never happened before (abs is normally the worst for me!)
Haven’t lost any weight on the scales but I somehow feel more motivated than ever after today! Blend day 10 DONE Thanks FB!
