What are some total body long workouts do you guys use that you love?

Hey everyone!

I've been recently putting together a few smaller routines together to make a total body routine (60min usually) and wanted a longer video/program to do.

I generally train pretty hard (junior year -sports + track) and love HIIT! lAny suggestions that you really love?
