During this week I've been doing 5-day challenge, the Strong and Lean one, and I was wondering would it be effective to do pilates instead of lower body strength training. The reason for that is that I don't have heavy enough weights to do lower body exercises with them, and I wouldn't like to invest in them any more than I already did. Besides, I can't find a lot of videos for lower body strength training, and the ones concerning the lower body are usually pilates ones.
