Form Cues during Workouts

Good morning from Brooklyn! I wanted to take a second to thank Fitness Blender for keeping me sane during this pandemic and also for shifting my attitude towards fitness and nutrition to a much healthier mindset. I'm about to finish FB Sweat for the first time and am so proud of myself.

I had a request concerning form cues. It would be helpful if you could highlight or point to the specific spots of the body which should be fatigued by an exercise, either by showing a thumbnail illustration or just pointing to the muscles on your own bodies during the exercise. It's easy to unwittingly "cheat" by allowing dominant muscle groups take over for weaker muscles. In those instances, I would get more out of focusing on generating movement from the correct part of my body rather than just trying to mimic Kelli and Daniel's form. Since many of us do not have full-length mirrors for feedback, that would also provide an alert to bad form if we perform an exercise and don't feel the proper muscles activate.

Thank you Kelli and Daniel for creating Fitness Blender and always taking our comments into consideration :)
