Oh man, Week 4 started with a total bang! That 43 minute workout left my lower body completely toast. Now, I was thinking about what to do next. I'm confused between FB Bored Easily (never done before) or do the FB Bodyweight R2 for the second time. Considering I only have a pair of 7 pound dumbbells, it's a tough one to decide.
