May have overdone it...

In which case, tomorrow will be only stretches, but I feel good! I didn't during the workout, I never do, but after I usually feel a lot better. I woke up with a sore core, so stretches and I decided to check out a new lower body thing.

I'm worried that I overdid it though. I never want to do the workout while I'm doing it, but then after I'm done I really want to start up another video. This is the first day my workout has gone up to an hour. I didn't take anything particularly fast though, so I'm hoping it will only be the good sore.

I'm not fit (yet). So here's a question. How do people keep themselves from wanting to click on yet another video?
