Upper back muscles hurt while doing deadlifts, squats and side lunges
I got this issue since I have heavier weights. I already lift lighter but I still feel a pain or stretch in my back during this exercises. And by boyfriend says that my back is flat all the time.
What sould I do? I dont want to ruin my back obviously.
