Handy gentle(ish) LI cardio!

Hello all,

So here I am on day 3 of my trying to get out of my non exercise wilderness funk! I posted yesterday about building my own program and got some really helpful replies (thanks again.)

I don't think I am quite ready to start pushing myself like that. Today my inner critic was telling me 'do some HIIT you lazy so and so, make up for the last week' .

But I managed to check in with my 'real' self and realised that what I needed was some cardio to help my anxiety but something a little more gentle, I found this;

Not tried it before but it really did the trick today. Must admit I did pretty much all LI and didn't push that hard but I still got a little sweat on and felt better afterwards.
