I was wondering, does anyone else complete their workouts barefoot? I've worked out barefoot for about 4 years now and I do everything from HIIT to kickboxing without shoes. I've read a lot of articles that say as long as you don't experience foot pain, then you should be fine to continue exercising barefoot. Anyone have advice on this or similar experiences?
