Hello! Just a quick idea regarding workout programs that mainly target the inner thighs and hamstrings. For example my quads are quite developed and tend to take over. I know the booty and thigh workout programs more or less touch all 3 but they tend to be a bit quad heavy(er). Plus the quads will work either way but less in a inner thigh/ hamstring specific workout. Thanks! Stay safe and healthy everyone!
