Another workout that made me miss gym (to be precise its weights and wall mirrors). I modified the chest flys, reverse flys, and lateral raises to use my mini bands, the rest I used water bottles (a little too light but by then I had gotten quite tired anyway). Have to admit the second half of the workout (water break onwards) I did the super low impact version of all exercises. But I feel good finishing this workout!
