Burpees and Low Blood Pressure Alternatives

Hiya all,

I have low blood pressure (so low that sometimes taking too hot of a shower makes me feel dizzy), and Burpees are hard for me to do during HIIT workouts. I do the low impact of Burpees, but find that any time I have to go from the floor to an upright position makes me too dizzy. I know I'm not the only one with the concern of what to do during HIIT workouts instead of a Burpee, and maybe you would like to also know alternatives. I've found that total-body extensions and thrusters (the latter done without weights) to be really effective for me.

I'm curious (and looking for other alternatives): those who don't do Burpess, what have you found to be effective?

Please note: I know that sometimes having low blood pressure is a symptom of a larger health concern. I have been evaluated by a doctor and I don't have other health issues; just low blood pressure.
