I’m really excited to be a part of this group and the FB community. This is my 7th week with FB and I am doing my second program. I heard about FB from my best friend who has been a part of the community for a few years. I figured that this COVID-19 pandemic would be a good time to give it a go, and I am really glad that I did. I have noticed some changes in my muscles as well as my weight in less than 7 weeks.
Some goals that I have for my self include:
1) Become stronger so I can actually enjoy HITT (instead of dreading it lol)
2) Become more flexible
3) Lose weight and tone stomach muscles
4) Show up for myself everyday that I have a work out scheduled.
5) Find an alternative to drinking Coke ( possibly Diet or Coke Zero). This is probably one of the hardest goals as this is my beverage of choice.
