Remember when there was a clear delineation between days? Cause I sure don't.
It's the beginning of week 3 for me. Even though today was exclusively a HIIT day, I didn't mind it so much. Looking back on last week I think my favorite day once again was anything involving the lower body, so Day 12. Looking ahead to next week, I think my fav will be the total body workouts.
On the nutrition front, I learned that Greek yogurt mixed with lots of cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar) and ginger spread on a sweet potato is the bee's knees. Highly recommended.
How is everyone else progressing? Are the days a blur for you as well?
