Question about weak wrists..plus workout complete!

Hi fellow Blenders~! Today, I finished FB Low Impact R2 Day 1! Yay~ workout complete! I’m pretty excited to be doing a program again. My ankle is still on the mend, so I just resolved to let it heal and stick to low impact.

I was able to do nearly every exercise in today’s workouts. I only modified the jumping jacks and jump squats...lunges were also a bit shallow. Still, I felt good and worked up a pretty good sweat, especially with the extra credit strength at the end.

My question is about my wrists. Whenever I do Pilates or push-ups...I find that my wrists give out first. They get so tired. I had to hold my position with my fists, instead of with my palms flat on the floor.

Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how I can strengthen my wrists?
