This morning I woke up feeling anxious, grumpy, with negative thoughts, couldn't find happiness in anything. I even made my husband grumpy. And this is not me- I am one cheerful, positive, happy, grateful, helpful person, who appreciate little things, smiles a lot and finds happiness in the morning sunshine.
Well, PMS has never been my best friend, and, while eating some chocolate this morning, I was beating myself up for it. Everything was just wrong. I went to the park, wrote in my journal, felt a bit better, but the feeling came back after a while.
While scrolling on Instagram, my eye caught a FB Story about Yoga/stretching/pilates workout: https://youtu.be/-VXIVZXYyFo
I thought: "Hmmm, I can't lose anything, I might be feeling better if I give it a try." So, I did. And I'm glad I did. I also put guided meditation in the background, and was breathing thoughtfully.
Thank you FB for opening my eyes this afternoon. I can't change how I felt this morning, but I can now enjoy the rest of this beautiful, sunny Sunday with my husband. I'm already enjoying a warm breeze and the sun on my body, while sitting in my garden, being grateful and loving my life.
