Nice and low impact

So today I would've had a HIIT routine scheduled but I was still sore from my sandbag workout, so today I decided to go for a walk. When going for my walk I had to go and get some food as well but I may or may not of bought a cheeky packet of sweets......and ate it all the way home 😅. It doesn't bother me that much though because I've been eating very well this week except from yesterday when I had some sweets as well so it won't affect me that much. Who said having a few treats are bad? 🤷
