Finished week 2 with a lower body HIIT and strength workout. It was tough but I pushed through and even managed to do the extra credit - although I did have to drop my weights for a couple of the exercises, but that’s ok!
I definitely feel better in myself and it’s really helping my mental health in these crazy times. I almost feel emotional saying this but I’m starting to love my body and feel strong 💪🏻 I’m so grateful every day that I’m healthy and have the best family I could wish for.
Starting to get a little more stressed as my dissertation deadline nears (12th May), but the workouts are really helping me stay focused and also have a break from studying. It’s a chance for me to let off all my energy from sitting at my computer every day.
Also, having Toasty as a workout partner is so nice. It’s awesome to be able to check-in with someone every day and go through it together!
