Hello FB community! This month was quite the journey for me. I've been hard on myself and its been quite a roller coaster trying to find a balance between food and exercise. I've been working out quite regularly, even when I don't feel like it I do it anyway and often am always grateful I did. Today was one of those days. I'm starting intermittent fasting 12-8 eating window. Hopefully this helps curb my mindless snacking. I'll update on how it turns out. May is my birthday month, my goal is to be even more consistent and introduce running into my workout regime again. The weather is finally getting a bit warmer here in Canada.
