Official First Workout

Today was officially my first workout with FB. I did the Kettlebell workout. It was my first in a few years. IT FELT AMAZING!!!!! When I finished the workout all my stress was gone. (This didnt happen with the last program. Felt good but still felt stress.) I also did the Fast 5 Minute Cooldown and Stretching Workout for Busy People. I felt so spoiled doing those stretches. (Not sure if that makes sense.) Felt really good.

I was going to start FB Strong tomorrow but someone gave me advice about it, looked into it myself and agreed with them. Strong will be holding off until maybe end May or June. Tomorrow will be day 1 of FB Low Impact.

Day 1 complete!!!! Bring it on Day 2! :)
