I’m not great at rest days. But a new pain in my shoulder has made me realize that rest days are necessary to heal. My last few workouts have been lackluster due to not listening to my body. So, here I am. I’m taking a break from weights and exercises that use arms for stabilization. What are your favorite ways to spend rest days? Do you still engage in light physical activity? Use this time for different hobbies/entertainment? I am a creature of habit (my OCD brain loves a good schedule!) I want to stay active in body and mind. I would like to hear a variety of suggestions for a enjoyable, beneficial day of rest!
