I worked out super regularly for the first two weeks of april then fell spectacularly off the bandwagon with bouts of anxiety and frustration at a number of things including present incarceration (that is not expected ti be lifted anytime soon).
I am starting Bodyweight 2 today. I have a major issue with attention span during workouts though - I may not be physically tired but I get extremely bored and antsy and can't focus beyond about 20 min. Do any of you go through this and what hacks do you use to push through? I am afraid I will abandon this programme partway through as well for this reason.
