How to measure body changes without a scale?

Hey guys!

I was wondering what are some ways you measure body changes beyond a scale?

I'm currently back home because of COVID and my dad doesn't own a scale and I'm not about to ask him to buy one. I've never had an unhealthy relationship with a scale but it would be fun to figure out other ways to track my progress now that I've lost enough weight that I can't really notice changes as easily.

I know measurements are a way to track. What measurements would you recommend?

Any other ways you keep track?
