Hi everyone, I'm a young male (5'7") and almost 2 months ago now I signed up to FB. I started with FB Bodyweight and now I'm just a few days away from completing Bodyweight Round 2.
Since starting I've lost 9kg dropping from 72kg to 63kg. My level of fitness has improved dramatically and I'm able to touch my toes now! Most of that weight (7kg) was lost during the first month and since then it started to slow down. Which got me thinking, is this normal? Am I doing things wrong? What should my next step be?
I have to admit, from the beginning I was very desperate to lose as much weight as fast as possible. I pretty much cut out all junk food and restricted myself to a single 1000kcal meal per day. I guess you could call it an extreme fast. But now, and I think most of you will agree, I think its best I stop doing that.
I'm very confused as to what I should do next. I am very worried that if I start eating 3 meals with snacks in between during the day, that I'll begin to put on weight.
You see, my goal at the moment is to get to 55kg around mid-August
That would mean losing another 8kg. I'm not looking to build muscle, I just want to lose body fat. But to get there, I'm just not sure what to do?? I was thinking of getting some dumbells and doing:
With that, I would introduce 3 healthy meals per day.
I'm just extremely confused at the moment and I don't have the slightest clue on what my next steps should be. Thanks for taking the time to read this, your advice would be much appreciated! :)
