Managing Stress

Dear FB Family,

As Kelli has promoted so beautifully, managing stress is incredibly important. I am a young adult and these times are really stressful on top of being someone with generalized anxiety and chronic stress!! It truly has such a huge impact on health. What are some of your favorite ways to calm anxiety and promote wellness? Specifically, if there are any out-of-the box ways that many of us may not have tried or heard of?
