FB Strong Lesson

Hi all!

Hope you’re all doing well!

I just started FB Strong. This morning I completed day 2, the following UB workout:

Oh, that burn-out round...there was SO MUCH Elvis lip!!! And a few friendly curses 😁 I had barely finished and my entire upper body was shaking all over, in a good way, like I have never experienced before. Lesson learned? I’ve been doing UB workouts all wrong for years and years, never pushing myself hard enough! I am inherently rather lazy...No wonder I was never particularly sore after those workouts...I’ll be making up for that later today😬

Even though there will be pain, I know it is my body thanking me for finally pushing it like it needed to be pushed. A big thanks to Daniel and Kelli for your excellent advice and instruction and constant motivation to improve our overall fitness, you really are the best!
