I started the April challenge yesterday with the low impact pilates workout cause I just didn´t feel like doing hiit, but I still got a good burn going!
Today was uppper body and oh boy my arms were so shaky afterwards I couldn´t braid my hair ^^ They´ll hurt tomorrow even more I fear, but at least the baby biceps is growing :)
