Your Thoughts on Low Impact R2, please share your thoughts
Hello! I already own 6 programs and was contemplating purchasing one of the programs currently discounted. I already have Strong and Sweat. I love using weights, so Bodyweight isn’t for me.
For those who have done Low Impact Round 2, is it similar to Strong just without any high impact, unlike Strong, which has a small amount? I know I can make any workout more difficult or easier, I’m just wondering if the workouts in Low Impact are too easy/easier than what I’m used to. Does low impact=low intensity in this situation?
