Bad knee- Looking for workout program suggestions

I’ve been an avid FBer for the last 1.5 years and I’ll be the first to tell you it’s been life changing for me. I used to be an athlete but then had totally slacked off for years.

I’ve lost 25lb doing only FB programs in the last year. I love them and they are now so integrated into my daily life. I would say that I am as fit as I’ve ever been as a result. But, I’m really bummed to say that yesterday my orthopedic surgeon diagnosed me with advanced early onset arthritis in my right knee (I’m 33), secondary to an ACL reconstruction I had on it when I was 16.

I’m in the last week of FB Sweat. He told me I should no longer do HIIT and to stop.

I’ve done Strong and bought the Low Impact program last month. I love Strong and don’t mind repeating it (would love another round of this by the way!!) ...but I’m wondering if I will get the same kind of results or maintain my fitness with the Low Impact program? Has anyone gone through it? I think it will take me a while to transition from HIIT to low impact workouts...

Is there anyone else out there who also suffers from knee issues with suggestions as to how to move forward? I’m going to really miss HIIT :(

Hope you’re all staying safe and healthy!
