FB Strong program complete!

Hello, everyone!

Today I just finished the FB Strong program, and I am so happy I went all the way with this amazing one! In the beginning it seemed too hard for me, since I had been working out only few times a week watching FB individual videos, and I thought it wasn't really for me. But I was pleasantly surprised how I managed to gain my workout complete everyday and looking forward to the next day's workout. I work (or worked before Spain went on lockdown) full-time in an office, so my life is very sedentary. I would say this program renewed me; I feel less tired, stronger, happier, and much more motivated to go on.

I have been working out with Fitness Blender for 6 years now, I'm now 26 and I started during university. This is my first post ever here, so I want to say that I am so happy and grateful with them, they made me love fitness. In general, I learned to actually love myself more, accept my body, and know myself much better. Also, I learned to be more patient and wise. I gained a lot more of confidence with everything I do, because I proved myself that I can go all the way with everything I want. This was a powerful lesson to me. Now I will jump into FB Low Impact R2 program! :)
