Ankle injury

Hi all, I've been recovering from an ankle injury, and it appears it's going to take longer to heal than I initially thought. I was running but that is put on hold for now, and what I'd like is to start doing more FB workouts.

Can you suggest videos without plyo/jumping that are still challenging? I've used the filters in the workout search but it's proving to be a little difficult to find. I am concerned that the low impact mods won't make me feel like I've gotten a good workout in. That's my goal, I just want to work up a good sweat and get my heart pumping! I'm open to any length and body area. Thank you!
