Thoughts on following two programs?

Hi all,

I am on day 3 of FB sweat (really enjoying it) and I've just purchased the FB bodyweight program as I am considering starting that too.

I am really wanting to get into shape, gain muscle and reduce my body fat %, and so I was thinking of doing two workouts per day (one morning, one evening) by following these two programmes.

Any thoughts on this? I don't want to risk over exercising/ burn out, and of course on days where I need a rest I will.

However, as a student I spend most my day at a desk at the moment (exam period) and therefore I am very sedentary.

So - for anyone who has followed/ is following two programs (or more, if that applies), what's your opinions?
