I'm thinking of taking off a week to just focus on yoga, and see if I can get this body pain under some control. i feel better when I workout, but its not even sore muscles, its all over body pain thats constant. I'm running out of juice. My mom has fibromyalgia and its possible that I have it, I just havent been officially diagnosed. Any advice?
