It’s so good for so many things—building lean muscle, reducing body fat, increasing strength, improving endurance, and enhancing coordination.

Strength training often gets a bad rap and there are so many misconceptions out there about its efficacy and who and who shouldn't be using it as a training type.

Proper, effective strength training is not just picking up heavy things and putting them down, of course, it’s about building functional strength. By using smart and varied styles of lifting and ranges of motion, you can improve so many things, make so many things easier.
