Well I woke up today feeling tired (thanks to some early noise outside) and frankly in a foul mood!
I was due to do a 30 LBS session, no way that was happening. I decided to take a rest day but the mood just kept sinking. Pulled on my trainers, had a look in my favourites (with the max 10 min filter on!) and did this;

A true gem. Started off with my heavy band and 2 intervals in my legs were on fire! got a good sweat on and evil mood has lifted a little.
