Fitness blender burn, results?

Hi I am just finishing my first week of fitness blender burn 2 before starting this I did a free 5 day challenge. I have been trying to eat better by cooking at home more and reducing my portion sizes.

I still enjoy a couple glasses of wine a few times a week but am trying to cut back. Other than that I only drink coffee and water, no juice or pop.

I was wondering what everyone's results were from this 4 week program and what changes you made to your diet and what worked and what didn't.

My goals are to lose weight and build lean muscle pretty much everywhere. I have about 40 pounds I would like to lose.

After this I have FB strong lined up in my calender. Do you think it would be more effective to repeat the burn program or go into FB strong?.
