What program after Low Impact?(R1)

Hi, I will Complete Low Impact Tomorrow and im looking for a new program.

Im quite the beginner and obese. My main goal is to lose weight but to build muscles along the way.

Now, I love Strength Training and I hate Cardio.

But the thing is... I can't do, at all, 1 Single Half Push Up. And Lunges(wheighted or not) are difficult on my knees.

Soo... what to pick? im Between Low Impact round 2 or Strong, but im a bit scared about Bodyweight strength training, because I can't even support a half pushup.

Any Insights are greatly appreciated,
